How many people in the world have cell phones, certainly many of us have them. The industry for mobile devices was once meeting the demand ten years ago just to get a hold of someone if a person needed help in case of an emergency or just to say hello. Today the mobile phone industry is booming and the demand is higher than ever & technology is increasing rapidly.
The United Nations have approved the upcoming generation of mobile phone technology. Technology experts agree users will detect significant improvement in speed compared to 2G and 3G phones.
This new technology within this industry is fascinating, simply because it will take no time to have any page open on your mobile device. Many of Americans and the rest of the world still utilize 3G mobile devices which are very popular. 3G has been in use since 2000;however, 4G of mobile wires standards were approved by the ITU Radiocommunicion Assembly at a meeting in Geneva. Requirements were created and applied by ITU in regards for 4g service in 2009.
ITU in December 2010 stated that current technologies like LTE could be billed as forerunners to fourth generation devices, even though they don’t meet the requirement in regards to IMT Advance Systems.
This new technology in the mobile device industry means that TV shows may be downloaded within 20 seconds, and CD’s within a minute. Technology is power and technologies are evolving faster than ever before.
